The Federal Reserve Board (the Board), Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) collectively introduced the Interagency Guidance on Third-Party Relationships: Risk Management. In June 2023, the guidance officially became effective – you’re now expected to comply. This session will take a closer look at what we've learned over the past year and provide a walkthrough of the Shared Assessment Interagency Guidance Gap Analysis. This webinar will equip attendees with insights into: • Gaps between the Interagency Guidance and the rescinded guidance it replaces • Practical recommendations for conducting a gap analysis at your organization • Lessons learned from the past year and future expectations
