    Kelcey Reed is a senior-level software engineering and IT executive with over 25 years of experience building and delivering next-generation solutions and optimizing technical cultures in the financial services, education technology, and nonprofit industries. Before joining Shared Assessments as SVP, Technology, and Product Officer, Kelcey was the CTO for Opportunity at Work. He led the Technology group, which consisted of IT, Info Security, Enterprise Applications, Cloud Operations, Product Development, and Product Support teams. He supported rewiring the labor market by building technical solutions to help job seekers without a 4-year degree find equitable opportunities.

When she's not at work, she is outdoors in the Southwest with her family.
