Position Summary:
The Program Delivery Director, Education leads the strategic execution of Shared Assessments’ global Professional Development and Education Program, serving the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) community. This role oversees the Learning Management System (LMS), directs a high performing team, and drives program delivery including managing and key performance metrics. The Director is responsible for enhancing the learner experience by innovative use cases and optimizing LMS functionality. The position requires strong TPRM subject matter expertise to support instructor-led training and to contribute to educational content development. Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to inspire teams while navigating a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a remote position.

Duties/Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Innovation
• Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the Professional Development and Education program, ensuring alignment with strategic organizational goals and customer experience objectives to meet the needs of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) community, in collaboration with subject matter experts and external partners.
• Anticipate industry trends and emerging risks in Third-Party Risk Management, positioning Professional Development and Education as a trusted advisor and global thought leader.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate deliverables into educational materials and offerings driving measurable value for members and revenue growth.
• Drive organizational change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and strategies, effective technological solutions, and building stakeholder buy-in.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Operational Oversight
• Oversee all aspects of Professional Development and Education operations and the associated planning including developing and maintaining program documentation such as roadmaps, project plans, and success metrics.
• Manage the full lifecycle of education initiatives including planning, resource coordination, monitor program budget, and risk mitigation to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as the primary administrator and strategist for learning management system including content, customer experience, reporting and system optimization.
• Establish, maintain, and govern Professional Development and Education policies and procedures, ensure they are comprehensive, clearly documented, consistently communicated, and accessible across all platforms.
• Ensure programs meet recognized educational standards and are designed to support effective learning outcomes. (NASBA/ AICPA CPE Standards and ANSI/ASTM E2659)
• Monitor key performance indicators including CX-focused metrics to identify trends and implement timely changes that drive higher engagement, course completion, and satisfaction across all education offerings including learner engagement and satisfaction scores.

Other Duties as Assigned:
• Facilitate instructor-led training/ bootcamp sessions, webinars, and workshops as needed.
• Represent the organization as a global thought leader at industry events, summits, and conferences as needed, reinforcing our leadership position and expanding influence.
• Support special projects or cross-functional initiatives that advance member experience and organizational goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the Professional Development and Education department including setting clear goals and providing regular feedback and support professional growth for all team members.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in a results-driven environment.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, ensuring the team has the skills and capabilities to deliver on strategic objectives and drive long-term success.

Travel Requirements:
• Flexibility to travel up to 15% of the time.

Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced credentials such as an MBA, MPA, or relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience of progressive program management.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to translate goals into actionable plans and drive organizational alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and adapt to changes, with a proactive approach to innovation and continuous monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally across diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with experience leveraging analytics to measure ROI and optimize engagement strategies.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management; proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new tools and techniques
• Awareness of and ability to use current and emerging technologies, including AI.
• Experience in third-party risk management or related fields preferred.

This position operates in a typical office environment and requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical requirements may include:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and using office equipment.
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and stakeholders.
