Juliet Okafor, J.D., (Jules) is an attorney and the CEO & Founder of RevolutionCyber. She has spent most of her career as an Information Security & Privacy Culture expert who has combined her knowledge of Influencer Marketing, Behavioral Science and Organizational Culture to design program success stories across Fortune 500

enterprises across the globe.

Jules is a passionate next-gen workforce visionary and strategist who has built security culture, third party risk and insider risk operations for Fortune 500 enterprise’s She is solutions-oriented and focuses on the best security outcomes, whether it be in the area of GRC, Security Operations, crisis management or reducing the risk associated with employees or vendors. She is known to lead change management initiatives or building the roadmap to remediate the risks in place – using a combination of people, transforming operations and an array of

emerging security technology.

Jules has also helped build startup security organizations from the ground up, negotiating contracts,

forging partnerships, selecting tools, leading strategic initiatives, and partnering with key customers and

security stakeholders to create, identify, measure and report the maturity of their enterprise security

programs to senior leadership to justify additional financial investment or demonstrate continuous

improvement.

Jules received her Juris Doctorate from Temple University –Beasley School of Law. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Public Communication & Media Studies from Fordham University and, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UMass-Amherst.
