Refund/Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to August 1, 2025: Cancelling registrants will receive a refund of the registration fee paid less a $125 administration fee.
Cancellation between August 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025: Cancelling registrants will receive a refund of the fifty percent (50%) of the registration fees paid.
Cancellations after September 30, 2025: Cancelling registrants will receive no refunds of registration fees paid.
