Rick Zantow brings over 25 years of experience in Health Insurance Technology to the Shared Assessments Advisory Board. He transitioned to cybersecurity in 2016 and has led the third-party GRC function since 2020, which encompasses contract-driven assessments, continuous monitoring, onsite evaluations, and outsourcing governance. Rick is a member of three industry-related customer advisory boards covering continuous monitoring, GRC workflow, and data risk. He holds certifications from ISACA as a Certified in Risk Information Systems Control (CRISC) and from ISC2 as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
