Rohan Ranadive

Rohan is a senior executive and global business leader with over 25 years of leadership success in Risk Management, Technology and Operations. He has consistently inspired and led large and diverse global teams to achieve business agility and operational excellence while effectively balancing risk management and regulatory compliance. Rohan brings a blend of business development, client and stakeholder management, culture alignment and change management skills to every endeavor.

Rohan joined Truist's predecessor BB&T in 2007 and was responsible for leading teams that delivered on enterprise efficiency programs streamlining technology, operations and risk functions resulting in over $250M in cost takeout. Rohan subsequently led the banks digital transformation agenda powered by AI, automation and advanced analytics to deliver distinctive, successful and secure client and teammate experiences enabled by technology and touch.

He continued on to head U.S. Banks Third Party Risk Management function to build risk frameworks to allow rapid innovation and manage risks of alternative third parties such as FinTechs, Open Banking while strengthening operational resilience (cyber-attacks, data breaches, ransomware).
