Rosalyn Aryee

Ros Aryee is a senior executive and recognised thought leader in Outsourcing, Third-Party Risk, Operational Resilience, and Risk Management, with over two decades of experience across the UK and global financial services. She has held senior leadership roles at the Bank of England, Lloyds Banking Group, Santander CIB, and Standard Chartered, where she delivered complex regulatory change programmes, drove digital transformation, and embedded robust risk and resilience frameworks in highly regulated environments.

Her leadership spans crisis management, business continuity, IT disaster recovery, financial crime prevention, and third-party risk governance, with a strong track record of building global teams to deliver sustainable, risk-aligned solutions that protect critical services and ensure regulatory compliance.

Ros has worked closely with regulators and firms to safeguard continuity during major events—including the London 2012 Olympics and the COVID-19 pandemic—and has trained central bankers influencing policy and strengthening industry-wide resilience.
