Rosalyn Aryee

Ros Aryee is a senior executive and recognised thought leader in Outsourcing, Third-Party Risk, Operational Resilience, and Risk Management, with over 25 years’ experience across UK and global financial services. She has held senior leadership roles at the Bank of England, Lloyds Banking Group, Santander CIB, and Standard Chartered, delivering large-scale regulatory change, digital transformation, and resilience frameworks. Ros has worked closely with regulators and global central banks, shaping policy and advancing best practices in third-party risk and operational resilience. She has led continuity planning for major events—including the London 2012 Olympics and the COVID-19 pandemic—ensuring uninterrupted critical services through robust supplier management and contingency planning. A frequent keynote speaker, Ros has presented at CeFPro’s Vendor & Third-Party Risk Europe, Shared Assessments’ Risk to Resilience, and the EMEA Women in COO Community. Beyond her corporate career, she is a passionate advocate for talent development, diversity and inclusion. She is the founder of the SheThrives Network - a community dedicated to empowering women professionals to build, thrive, and sustain successful, fulfilling careers and works with organisations including UN Women UK, City of London Independent Advisory Group and Mayor of London’s STEM outreach program on mentoring and D&I issues.
