Sheria Williams

Sheria Williams has over 15 years of experience as a TPRM practitioner. She brings deep expertise across financial services, fintech, and insurance. Prior to joining Shared Assessments, she served as a TPRM AVP at a subprime lending bank, where she independently designed and implemented a comprehensive TPRM framework, led software implementation, and developed supporting policies and procedures. Sheria also brings valuable experience in procurement, having served as a Procurement Manager earlier in her career. She has consistently partnered with procurement, corporate teams, and senior leadership to strengthen risk management practices and build cross-functional collaboration. She has worked closely with Legal to embed TPRM provisions into contract templates, conducted external audits for top-tier clients, and represented her organizations during regulatory and client onsite audits. In her current role as a TPRM Principal on the Products team, Sheria leverages her strong regulatory expertise to support product mapping, drive enhancements, and elevate member satisfaction.
