Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Victor was a U.S. Navy SEAL and was awarded the Bronze Star with Combat “V.” Victor holds a BA in Physics from the US Naval Academy, studied National Security Affairs at the U.S. Naval War College and holds a joint Masters in Business Administration degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business, HEC School of Management in Paris and the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he was formerly guest lecturer on financial crime.
