Debra Zoppy

Debra is a recognized leader in her field, bringing over 30 years’ experience in the crisis and risk management space. Prior to joining Guardian, she held senior leadership positions in resiliency and risk management roles at financial services firms including: AllianceBernstein, TD Securities, Deutsche Bank, and Lehman Brothers. Debra is an active member of the Shared Assessments Advisory Board, co-chair of the Shared Assessments BFSI Committee, is an active participant and presenter at numerous Third Party Risk forums/conferences which include the Shared Assessments Summit, Disaster Recovery Journal Conference, Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS/ISAC) committees, Continuity Planning Exchange, ORX (Operational Riskdata eXchange) Operational Resilience Working Group, and Association of Contingency Planners. Debra’s professional designations including: Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) designated by the SanteFe Group, Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) designated by the Disaster Recovery Institute International, certified Business Continuity Maturity Model Assessor (BCMM Assessor) designated by ICOR (International Consortium for Organizational Resilience), and obtained Guardian’s JEDI Master recognition for her role and commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
