As Manager, Third-Party Risk Management at Iron Mountain, Falicia oversees the company’s global third-party risk program, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and regulatory requirements. Leading a team of analysts across multiple international locations, she drives risk assessment processes, audit responses, and policy development to strengthen compliance with industry standards, including, but not limited to, FFIEC, SOX, PCI, and OSPAR. Through strategic leadership, Falicia has enhanced governance frameworks, improved operational efficiencies, and educated stakeholders across multiple verticals in the business and across multiple corporate departments.
A recognized leader in the risk and compliance sector, Falicia actively contributes to industry working groups and regulatory discussions, ensuring that risk management programs remain at the forefront of evolving business needs and requirements. She holds a Bachelors degree from New England College of Business, a business management certification from the University of Texas at Austin and multiple industry certifications including CISA, CRVMM, and CTPRP. Falicia is skilled in navigating complex risk landscapes to safeguard organizational integrity and resilience.
