This user group will help us determine which concepts are most valuable and should be placed on our product roadmap by providing thoughtful feedback, and new product concepts and ideas. Today’s complex risk, regulatory, and audit environments are undergoing rapid changes that affect almost every key outsourcing relationship. New Artificial Intelligence regulations are emerging at multiple levels (state, national, and regional), with divergence clearly evident. International jurisdictions are continually revising outsourcing codes (for example, in the European Union and the UK), and sustainability requirements in key regions are evolving rapidly, sometimes diverging. In a regulatory environment with this much flux, it is more important than ever that TPRM practitioners understand not just local outsourcing requirements, but also the direction of regulatory changes internationally.
