UpGuard and Shared Assessments are partnering to boost the productivity of thousands of security teams worldwide through powerful automations, AI tools, and intuitive workflows introduced by UpGuard’s Trust Exchange.
UpGuard is joining Shared Assessments’ industry marketplace by offering the cyber risk management community free access to UpGuard’s newest product, Trust Exchange. UpGuard Trust Exchange allows security teams to drastically reduce the time spent responding to security questionnaires. Organizations can store their security documentation and audit reports in a secure, central repository for easy access and team visibility. Companies like iDeals use Trust Exchange to save their team dozens of hours by sharing their security posture with prospective customers with a dedicated Trust Page.
“A new era in risk management is here! Upguard’s latest product includes new aspects of automation and AI to the security questionnaire process, which could help your team and your organization. Shared Assessments is proud to partner with UpGuard,” shared Andrew Moyad, CEO, Shared Assessments.
Emerge from the endless shuffle of paperwork. Reduce the manual and time-consuming burden of completing security questionnaires–or eliminate it entirely–by sharing a Trust Page.
UpGuard Trust Exchange is a suite of AI-powered tools and collaboration features that streamline the entire trust management process. Security teams can upload completed questionnaires and documentation which UpGuard will use to intelligently generate answers to future questionnaires, reducing the time it takes by half. Security teams can also upload any compliance documents (e.g. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001) to their content library, and share their security posture with prospective customers on a Trust Page, allowing security and sales teams to build trust with current and future customers.
Users can upload Shared Assessments’ SIG Lite and SIG Core Questionnaires into the Trust Exchange. These questionnaires allow organizations to efficiently assess vendors using a standardized framework. If a user has completed previous questionnaires, they can take advantage of the AI Autofill tool in Trust Exchange to answer the questionnaires twice as fast. (UpGuard offers both the SIG Lite and the SIG core in their questionnaire library and any questionnaire can be uploaded in the Trust Exchange.)
Designed to help organizations standardize the assessment of third-party vendors, the SIG Lite Questionnaire covers a range of IT security and risk management topics, including data privacy, network security, and vulnerability management. Often used by companies as a preliminary assessment, the SIG Lite Questionnaire is a 126-question version of the SIG designed to provide a broad, but high-level understanding of a third party’s internal information security controls. Meanwhile, the SIG Core is a larger assessment with over 600 questions covering 21 extensive risk categories designed for critical or high-risk vendor relationships. SIG Core also allows for a deeper scope and more personalized assessment, with the option to customize questions for each vendor.
“We’re excited to partner with Shared Assessments to bring the UpGuard Trust Exchange to a broader community of TPRM experts. Members now can leverage Trust Exchange’s free features and save time completing SIG Core, SIG Lite, or any security questionnaire. This innovation doesn’t just streamline security operations; it strengthens the relationship between sales and security, frees up a security team’s time, and empowers organizations to make informed decisions faster,” explains Kaushik Sen, Chief Marketing Officer, UpGuard.
Shared Assessments members and subscribers have free access to UpGuard’s Trust Exchange. Answer any security questionnaire in minutes instead of days or weeks. Login to the Shared Assessments website and navigate to the Marketplace to access this offer.
