Shared Assessments is growing and we are excited to welcome new compliments to our team.  We have different backgrounds but share a purpose in our work as we strive to build a trusted risk community through the power of many. We share purpose in our personal lives as well – you will notice a common thread of love of adventure, cooking and dogs across our team.

Bruce Javitz joins Shared Assessments as Finance Director after working in finance and accounting for 25 years. Bruce’s background is focused in the Sports and Entertainment industry, which combined his financial aptitude with his passion for sports. (Could it be Bruce has discovered his new dream team in Shared Assessments?!) Bruce loves bringing together the financial details that keep this group moving forward. Bruce is married to a native Californian, has two children and Jack-Jack, a 14 year old yellow lab. Connect with Bruce here

Chris Nordmeyer brings her background in medical marketing, client and consumer relations to her Education Administration Manager position for Shared Assessments. In this capacity, Chris will streamline processes in Shared Assessments’ educational programs. Chris holds a culinary degree from the Le Cordon Blue Institute….outside of work, Chris enjoys making a variety of foods. Chris spends weekends in her art room with her daughter.

As VP of Events, Leslie joins the Shared Assessments team with a decade of experience in nonprofit development and organizational leadership. She has run executive women’s membership organizations and has extensive experience building philanthropic support with donors, as well as planning and executing large scale events.

 

Leslie is responsible for running all internal and external events for Shared Assessments, including the Annual Shared Assessments Summit, webinars, roundtables, and SA’s participation in external events.

 

With a passion for connecting, Leslie enjoys bringing people together through events. When not working or traveling, Leslie can be found practicing yoga and spending time with her three rescue dogs (Bert, Buster, and Buddy) in South Florida, where she also volunteers with a local animal rescue organization to foster dogs in need. nasser

Nasser Fattah joins Shared Assessments as a Senior Advisor with 20+ years as a Cybersecurity, Supply Chain and IT leader. With a focus on customer-first and team building approaches, Nasser is able to align programs to support company strategies, regulatory requirements, and growth initiatives.

 

He drives cybersecurity, supply chain and IT as enablers for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.  He partners with executives to identify and select strategic external partners to deliver essential IT and cybersecurity services to the business.

 

Nasser worked with global parent company and subsidiaries to establish technology standards to maximize investments and operations efficacy to best support business needs and growth. Nasser has a strong, consistent record working successfully with Business and IT executives, regulators, auditors, and risk partners.

 

Nasser teaches cybersecurity at several colleges and has been the chair for Shared Assessments in North America. Connect with Nasser here.

ron

Ron Bradley has been involved with Shared Assessments in some capacity for over 15 years. Notably, Bradley wrote some of the very first questions for the Standardized Information Gathering (SIG) Questionnaire. In this course of time, his hair has transitioned from an afro to his current distinguished style.

With a depth of experience building TPRM programs in financial services (Bank of America) and manufacturing (Reynolds, Trane Technologies), Ron understands how cultures and organizations drive the supply chain and third party process. As Vice President, Ron strives to use his extensive knowledge of Third Party Risk Management to help organizations build programs that realize the full potential of the Shared Assessments toolkit.

Ron’s experience in Europe, Asia and South America has allowed him to assess different vendor environments and to build Third Party Risk Management operations from the ground up across the world. Ron is an expert in risk in the manufacturing environment, Operational Technology, and Operational IoT.

Ron lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, and takes frequent trips to Scottsdale, Arizona. He loves golf, travel, and his Big Green Egg, which brings the people around Ron excessive quantities of love, joy, and happiness. Ron’s 24-year-old daughter and his famed sister Kathleen Bradley (first black game hostess!) bring him great delight. Connect with Ron here. 

 

kelly ann blogpost

Kelly Ann McCarthy manages people development as well as planning, coordinating and evaluating the various services, policies, and programs of the Shared Assessments’ HR department. Prior to Shared Assessments, Kelly led HRIS, compensation, and benefits implementations for large fortune 200 companies as well as HR changes due to mergers and acquisitions.

Kelly starts her day walking Lucy, her adorable toy poodle and loves yoga, reading and streaming shows. Connect with Kelly here.

Sabine is Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Shared Assessments. Sabine enjoys collaborating across teams to build a stronger risk management community. When she's not at work, she is outdoors in the Southwest with her family.
