Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer, Shared Assessments

Robin currently serves as the Shared Assessments LLC Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), working with the CEO, Board, and Senior Leadership to drive decision making to create the company’s vision, sustains organizational growth, and to advance the interests of the organization. Robin works in concert with the CEO, and Shared Assessments leadership (Board of Directors, US and UK/EU Steering Committees and the Member Advisory Board) to make strategic decisions for the organization. As CSO she develops strategic and long-range goals including proposals to enter new global markets, organization programs, and new products. Throughout her 17-year tenure with both Shared Assessments and The Santa Fe Group (the founding managing agent for Shared Assessments), Robin worked alongside the CEO in developing, launching, and managing the Shared Assessments Program. Robin was part of the Shared Assessments launch, and instrumental to the growth of the company, without venture capital or external funding beyond the initial contribution by six founding financial institutions. Shared Assessments, a member driven consortium, has approximately 300 corporate members with 1,400 individual participants, 300 product subscribers—with over 15,000 downstream users—and 40 content licensees. Prior to being CSO, Robin served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), and was responsible for sales and marketing oversight, product development, educational conferences, and numerous committees that develop best practices and industry standards for third party risk management and assurance including products to eliminate redundancies and add efficiencies and cost savings to the vendor risk assessment process. Having held many different roles over the years, she rose to managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, finance, human resources, and analyzing and implementing processes to improve efficiencies and effectiveness. Previous to Third Party Risk Management, Robin worked with leading financial institutions to create best practices and technologies for fraud reduction. She led the Identity Crime Victims’ Rights project and the development of the Identity Crime Victims Bill of Rights, resulting in a hearing before the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and changes to proposed federal legislation. Prior to and concurrent with work with The Santa Fe Group, Robin served as President & CEO at Foundation for Payments Fraud Abatement & Activism (FPF2A); Development Coordinator of the Medical Identity Fraud Alliance (MIFA); and Senior Director BITS, a division of The Financial Services Roundtable. Robin holds her Masters of Science in E-Commerce, Bachelors of Science in Computer Studies, Bachelors of Science in Business and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
