The Senior Project Manager – Education will manage Education projects for Shared Assessments by serving as the liaison between Shared Assessments’ staff, customers, and developers for Educational products and offerings. The Senior Project Manager Education will set and communicate goals for Education projects, monitor project progress, and evaluate results. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining training content, coordinating training offerings with outside vendors for in-person and online courses, managing record keeping in the CRM and LMS, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Events, and other departments to promote educational products and offerings. A successful Senior Project Manager – Education will function as the Education product expert for Shared Assessments for all training, certification, and educational offerings. This is a 100% remote position.

Shared Assessments validates right to work using E-Verify. Shared Assessments will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.

Responsibilities include:
– Collaborate with Education leadership and project stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
– Coordinate and execute project tasks, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
– Collaborate with Shared Assessments SMEs to develop new education outlines and content for translation into the preferred delivery output.
– Translate written SME content and develop material in Education LMS software, including but not limited to Articulate and iSPRING. Will also create content in the LMS software, including text, interactions, audio components, and assessments.
– Manage requested changes to existing Education curricula to align with Shared Assessments strategic goals, industry trends, and membership needs.
– Plan and lead post-education event communication processes for lead qualification, feedback collection, and measurement and analysis strategies.
– Develop inter-department processes to identify lead opportunities for Education department.
– Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
– Collaborate with Education leadership to develop and facilitate the Education Advisory Committee, as well as manage the successful committee output.
– Serve in a customer management role for all incoming education support inquiries via email, web, and phone.
– Function as the product expert on Shared Assessments education, training, and certification offerings.
– Ensure education data and metrics are up-to-date and prepare reports for Education management to assist with department specific KPIs.
– Perform other duties supporting Education department, and other departments, as assigned.
– Flexibility to travel occasionally.
