Jeanne Kwong Bickford is a Managing Director and Senior Partner at the Boston Consulting Group where she partners with clients to identify their highest-value opportunities, address their most critical challenges, and transform their enterprises. Jeanne is the Managing Partner of BCG’s New York office and previously served as the North American head of BCG’s Risk and Compliance team. She is a member of the management team for the Financial Institutions practice in North America, specializing in non-financial risk management and compliance and also a core member of the People and Organization Practice, where she cofounded BCG’s Change Enablement Center, which emphasizes capability-building in the area of change management for large transformation programs. Her specific expertise is in enhancing the operating models and capabilities of the control functions, particularly Risk, Compliance, and Audit, so that they can better serve as strategic partners, providing an independent view on how to enable high quality, profitable growth in the face of uncertainty and volatility in the marketplace.

Jeanne graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude from Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in economics. She obtained her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and was an Arjay Miller Scholar. Jeanne’s philanthropic activities emphasize her passion for achieving gender equality, and she currently serves on the Executive Committee of the National Board of the Girl Scouts of the USA.
