Michelle Clement

Michelle Clement is an experienced risk professional that has led global teams across the first and second lines of defense for many years. Her focus is on transforming third party risk frameworks to continue to meet the demands of the enterprise. Currently, she leads the Third-Party Risk Program at United Community Bank. Prior experience at Amazon Web Services and BlackRock leading enterprise Third Party Risk teams. At BlackRock held positions of Head of Governance Infrastructure for Global Provider Strategy and Securities Lending Risk and Trade Operations which were first line roles. She holds an MBA from San Francisco State in Strategic Management and a BA in Management Information Systems.
