Refers to the definition categories of sensitive personal data that require additional levels of controls, approvals, authorizations, including for example, genetic data and biometric data where processing can uniquely identify a natural person. Sensitive personal data includes information regarding racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation.”
