The formalized process by which contracts are periodically reviewed to assure that the terms and conditions (and SLAs – Service Level Agreements) remain current and relevant to the organization’s present standards and expectations. Contract Review Cycle timing may be different for vendor contracts that have been tiered / rated according to risk (annual for critical high risk vendors, at renewal for low risk vendors, etc.).
